Shipping Process
Your orders will be processed within “1-5” business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. (We recommend that you make sure that you write your e-mail address correctly and check your spam / junk boxes in order to receive your notification e-mails when ordering.
Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, it is not possible to process on weekends.)
Exchange / Return Procedure
You can send the product or products you want to change/return to us free of charge by filling out the exchange/return form included in your package, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, together with the product as specified in the form, within the framework of the exchange/return conditions below. In order for the products to be exchanged or returned, the following exchange and/or return conditions must be complied with.
If you send the product/products you want to exchange/return with MNG Cargo, no shipping fee will be charged. An information e-mail will be sent to you within 1-5 business days after your return package reaches us.
If you want to send the product/products you want to exchange/return with a different cargo company, we do not cover the cost of the packages sent.
Exchange / Return Conditions
I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can change your order within 15 days from the date you receive it. The change is made only in the same model product / size / number change. You can send your product back free of charge (with Trishulak payment) via MNG Cargo by filling out the form in your package. You should specify the product you want to exchange on the jersey and which size/number you want instead. When your request reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and if the product you want to change is available in stock, the product is delivered to the cargo company within 1-5 working days. If the product is not available in stock, you will be refunded. You must send the product you request to exchange with its original invoice and the form on the back of the invoice, stating in writing that it is "Exchange Request" and sending the product to the Trishulak return address in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging. In order for us to start your exchange process, you need to give information to info@trishulak.com by e-mail.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can return your order within 15 days from the date you receive it. You can send your product back free of charge (with Trishulak payment) via MNG Cargo by filling out the form in your package. When your product reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and an information e-mail is sent to you when your return is accepted. You must send the product you want to return to the Trishulak return address with its original invoice and by filling out the return section on the back of the invoice, in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, and issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT". Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. In order for us to initiate your return process, you must inform us via e-mail to info@trishulak.com.

In how many days do I have to exchange or return the product I purchased?
You can return or change your product by following the above return/exchange procedure within 15 days from the time you receive it.
Can I change the color or size of the product I received?
The change is made only in the same model product and in the form of a size / number change. If the requested product is available in stock, the exchange will be made, and if it is not available, your fee will be refunded.
How can I change the product I purchased if it is defective?
In Trishulak, all products are subjected to quality control in order not to make you suffer. However, if you encounter such a situation, you can request a product replacement. To do this, simply follow the exchange procedure.
Can I exchange the product I purchased with a different product?
Change can only be made on the size/number options of the same product. It is not possible to exchange with a different product.
How many times can I use my right to change?
You can use your right to change for the same product once within 15 days from the date you place the order.
To which address should I send the product for return or exchange?

Will I pay shipping fees for the product I will return or replace?
You will not pay a shipping fee for any return/exchange transaction you send with MNG Cargo. If you choose a shipping company other than MNG Cargo for the return/exchange process, our Company will not be responsible for the shipping costs, in this case you must pay the shipping fee.
When will the payment for the product I returned be made?
The product you return is first checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the returned product/products comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 1-5 business days. An information e-mail will be sent to you about the refund of the orders whose return process is approved, and the product price will be refunded to your credit card. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card/debit card. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
